Returns Policy

·         Return or exchange an item - our 100% money back guarantee

·         Please fill out the RETURNS FORM if you would like to return an item.

·         If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 7 days of receipt.

·         Returned items should be unused and must be returned in original packaging with any enclosed documentation. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. Alternatively, if preferred, we will exchange the item.

IMPORTANT: If you wish to return an item to us, please notify us immediately, by filling out the returns form here . Do not send any items back to us, prior to contacting us (via the form on the link) first.

Please note:

·         Goods will only be accepted for return if they are despatched within 7 days of delivery, unless we have notified you otherwise.

·         The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

·         The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.

·         Delivery charges are only refundable where goods are faulty and a refund is made.

·         Items that are returned in an unfit state, worn or damaged will not be accepted. Any items that are returned to us that do not comply with the returns policy will be returned to you and no refund/exchange given.

·         When we receive the item, we will inspect it to ensure everything is present and in its in original condition to ensure its eligibility for refund. The card you used to make payment is refunded to the full amount, or if you used PayPal or Google checkout we will reverse the charge with them.


Upon receipt of the returned items, you will be issued with an amended invoice.

Where you have upgraded the delivery service, this will be deducted from any refund due. You will receive email notification once the refund has been processed. All refunds are processed in GB pounds, which is the currency that all transactions take place in. Ace Case is not responsible for the exchange rates and any fluctuations are not in our control, as the credit card issuers review the exchange rates on a daily basis.

The refund will be processed at the current exchange rate, which will be calculated at the time of processing by your card issuer. 

If you are eligible for a refund, we will refund you back to the payment method you used when you originally paid for your order. Please note: It is your responsibility to notify us of any changes to your card details i.e. you no longer have that account. Refunds can take up to 30 days to process. Refunds by credit card are made to the same credit card that was used for the original purchase.

Any return that is not accompanied with the returns form or returns reference number will be held by Ace Case for 30 days, awaiting the return of the completed form. Items that have not been reclaimed by you within this period will be disposed of after this time and will result in the return being completed without action.

If for any reason you want to cancel your order, you may do so by emailing us at, and we will issue you a full refund*

* This is only applicable if your order hasn't been picked, packed and despatched. If we have picked, packed or despatched your items, then we may not be able to stop the delivery process. However you may return any goods you do not want, in accordance with our Returns Policy.
